How do I convert a Canvas course to ePub and then .docx?

If you need to download a course's entire contents in order to read it offline or in a Word format, follow these instructions:

1. Go to your personal Canvas Account > Settings
2. Select Download Course Content (on the right side of the page)
3. Navigate to the course in the list and select Generate ePub
4. Once the ePub has completely generated, select Download ePub and/or Download Associated Files (you may be asked to sign into iBooks using your Apple ID and password)
5. Open a free ePub to Word converter such as Online Converter (you may copy and paste the following URL to your web browser:  https://www.onlineconverter.com/epub-to-docx)
6. Follow the instructions to upload the ePub file and convert.  When the conversion is complete, follow the instructions to download the file in Word format.
