If the Portal is down, how do I access Canvas, Outlook, or ctcLink?

If you experience a downtime on our Portal—which is where we usually go to access campus email (Outlook/Office 365), ctcLink, and Canvas--as a backup, please bookmark these direct links to your Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or other various web browsers:  

  • Campus email:
    • https://outlook.office365.com  
    • The username is: yourportalusername@student.tacomacc.edu (*Example: jsmith54321@student.tacomacc.edu)
    • The password is the same as your portal password, which if not changed should be your 201 student ID#
  • ctcLink
    • https://gateway.ctclink.us  
    • The username is: your 201 student ID#
    • The password is: the password you originally created when you first setup your CTCLink account as a first time user
  • Canvas
