When you import content to a course shell, that content is available to be downloaded to your computer (as another IMSCC file) for up to 500 days after the initial import. So, for example, if the content was pulled from another course more than 500 days ago (say July 1, 2016), and you wanted to download that link today, you wouldn’t be able to. BUT, you could go back to the course link if the course hasn’t been deleted (which we don’t do) or you have been removed from the course (if you were a designer and then taken out of the course).
