Blocking phone calls in Mitel Connect

 

Step 1:  Open up Mitel Connect client

Step 2:  Select the drop-down arrow next to "Connect", then click on Settings.

Step 3:

  1. Select "Call Routing"
  2. Select "Power Routing"
  3. Select "Create New Power Rule"

Step 4.

  1. Enter a name for the rule
  2. Select "Number Matches"
  3. Enter the phone number

Step 5.

  1. Select "Forward Call to"
