Open up Mitel Connect client

2.

Select drop down arrow next to "Connect"
Select "Settings"

3.

Select "Call Routing"
Select "Power Routing"
Select "Create New Power Rule"

4.

Enter in a name for the rule
Select "Number Matches"
Enter in phone number

5.

Select "Forward Call to"

6.

Select "my voicemail" from the drop down
