This guide will walk you through adding a category to the My App of the New TCC Portal and then adding Apps to the category.
Step 1: Create a Collection by Clicking on the Create Collection Gear
Step 2: Name your collection and click on Add Apps
Step 3: You can search for the Apps you wish to Add or scroll through the Apps and check the box next to the ones you want to add to your collection, and click Add to add them
Step 4:
- Apps = All of the Apps listed in the TCC Portal
- Favorites = (My created Category) of my most used Apps
- My TCC Apps = What IT felt are the most used App of the Old TCC Portal
- TCC Reports = These are the Reports that you have been given access to
Step 5: To rearrange the tiles in your Favorites, hover your mouse pointer over the tile you wish to move and left click and hold, then you can drag it to the order you want them in
Step 6: If you want to "Reorder" the list at the top so that your Favorites are first, click on the Settings gear on your favorites and click on Reorder
Step 7: Left Click and hold the title you wish to move and drag it to the position in the list, then click Apply
Step 8: If you need to add more Apps to your list, Click Settings and click edit
Step 9: When you click on Add apps, you have the options to Add from the library (Which are the existing tiles in the Portal), Site from URL is if IT gives you a URL for the tiles because it is not not listed in the Portal
