Here is a guide on how to install the prerequisites required for OnBase and the OnBase Unity Client onto your computer.
1) Select the windows icon in the lower left and type the word software
2) Select “Software Center”
3) You should see a list of 7 software titles that look like this.
4) Install each software in numeric order by clicking on it and selecting "install"
Note: If you get an error message after trying to install the Microsoft Edge Web Viewer, ignore it and move onto installing the OnBase Unity Client
5) Once complete, you should see the status turn from “available” to “installed”
At this time OnBase will be installed and ready to be used. If you run into any issues, please let Kathleen or I know and I can then work with you to get it working correctly
