How do I place a long distance call with the Softphone feature of Mitel?

1) Type in the area code and phone number  (When using the softphone, you do not need to dial a "9")

2) Press Enter on your keyboard or click the green Call circle

For Long Distance Calls, click on the small group of circles to open the key pad. Use your mouse to type in your long distance code:
