How do I place a long distance call with the Softphone feature of Mitel?

1) Type in the area code and phone number  (When using the softphone, you do not need to dial a "9")

2) Press Enter on your keyboard or click the green Call circle

For long-distance calls, click on the small group of circles to open the keypad. Use your mouse to type in your long-distance code:
