Connecting to Computer on Campus While Working from Home

To be able to connect to a computer on campus while working from home, you must:

  • Have a TCC-issued staff/faculty laptop that includes the latest SonicWall NetExtender VPN
  • Be authorized to use the VPN. If you are not sure, click here for more information
  • Know the name of the computer you are connecting to (aka the "B0" number). If you are not sure, we can look it up for you. 
  • The computer on campus must be powered on to accept the remote connection.
  • Settings on the computer may need to be adjusted for you to be able to connect. You can request the access be granted by completing this request form.
