If the Portal is down, how do I access Canvas, Outlook, or ctcLink?

If you experience a downtime on our Portal—which is where we usually go to access campus email (Outlook/Office 365), ctcLink, and Canvas--as a backup, please bookmark these direct links to your Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or other various web browsers:  

  • Campus email:
    • The username is: yourportalusername@student.tacomacc.edu (*Example: jsmith54321@student.tacomacc.edu)
    • The password is the same as your portal password, which, if not changed, should be your 201, 202, or 203 student ID#
  • ctcLink
    • The username is: your 201, 202, or 203 student ID#
    • The password is: the password you created when you first set up your CTCLink account as a first-time user
  • Canvas
    • The username and password will be the same login information as your TCC email.
