How do I reset my password through O365 if I am locked out?

This guide will walk you through resetting your password in O365 if you are locked out of your account.

If you go to your Campus Email through the TCC web site and it log you right in with out asking you your password, follow the first 2 Steps.  If you get prompted for what account to use, skip to step 3.

1.  Sign out of email

1)  In your TCC email, click on your profile in the upper right hand corner

2)  Click Sign out

Wait until you see the notice that you are signed out

2.  Pick an Account

Go back to your email and when you see the pop up to pick an account, click Use another account

 

3.  Sign in

At the log in for your email, click on Can't access your account?

 

4. Who are you

1) Put in your full student Email or your full staff Email
2) Put in the letters from the image
3) Click Next

5.  Security

1) Chose how you want to be contacted
2) Enter your phone number
3) Click Text

6. The code

1) Enter the code that was texted to you
2) Click on Verify

 

The next screen will have you put in a new password and then verify it.
