How do I reset my password through O365?

This guide will walk you through resetting your password in O365.

1.  Log into the TCC Portal at: and go to your Campus Email

2.  At the log in for your email, click on Can't access your account?


3.   1) Put in your full student Email or your full staff Email
      2) Put in the letters from the image
      3) Click Next


4.  1) Chose how you want to be contacted
     2) Enter your phone number
     3) Click Text


5.  1) Enter the code that was texted to you
     2) Click on Verify


The next screen will have you put in a new password and then verify it.
