How to add a title to a PDF file to aid in accessibility?

This tutorial from WCAG 2.0 procedures, demonstrates how to add a title to a PDF file.  In short, follow these instructions:

  1. Open the PDF document in Adobe Acrobat Pro
  2. Select File > Properties
  3. Select the Description tab
  4. Modify the Title field or change the file's Title entry
