*This process is best done with either Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.
After completing all of the questions, you will type your name in the box at the bottom of the page.
Click on print certificate.
A new window should load with a certificate with your name on it.
From there you can right click and choose the print option or press CTRL + P.
If you are using Chrome and the certificate doesn't load, click on the red button all the way to the right of the address bar.
It will ask you if you want to run flash, click on the manage option.
In the allow section choose new, you will have top add the Softchalk website to the list of allowed sites
Then you can go back and print your certificate in Chrome.
