How do I submit assignments in the Canvas Student app on my iOS device?

Follow these steps to submit assignments in the Canvas Student app on an iOS device:

• First, select the name of the course you want from the Dashboard
• Tap on the Assignments link and select the name of the assignment
• Next, tap on the Submission tab
  • If you want to view the rubic, tap on the Grade tab
• Tap on the Turn in link
  • Select the submission type you would like for the assignment (File upload, Arc, Media recording, Text entry, Online URL)
• Tap on the File upload link to submit a file upload
• Tap on the Media icon to import from your camera
• Tap on the Take Photo or Video link to create a file by taking a photo or video file. Or tap on the Choose from Library link to select from an existing photo from the iOS device
• Tapping on the Delete icon will allow you to remove a file (or import a new one)
• Then tap on the Upload icon followed by the Submit link
• You can tap on the Search icon to search for videos in Arc and the Upload button to upload the video in Arc
  • Then click the submit button
• When submitting a media recording, tap on the Media recording button
• Tap on the Record button to make a new video (tap again to end the recording)
  • Click on the Play button to replay the video or the Retake button to re-record the video. When finished, tap on the Use Video button
• For recording audio, tap on the Record button. To stop recording audio, tap on the Stop button
  • Click on the Play button to replay the audio or the Record button to re-record the audio. When finished, tap on the Use link
• Tap on the Text entry button to submit a text entry
  • Enter your text in the field and tap on the Post link
• For submitting and online URL, tap on the Online URL button
  • Enter the URL in the field and tap on the Submit button
