SoftChalk Cloud has as instructions: If you have a SoftChalk Cloud subscription, when you login to SoftChalk Cloud and launch ‘Create Content’ or ‘Edit Lesson in SoftChalk Create’, you will be prompted to update your current version to Create 9. Note: You might get the JNLP.JNLP file downloaded, so save that and launch that and Open when prompted to, then select Run.
