In your My Library hover over your media recording and click the view button. Click on the Captions tab for your recording
Under the upload section it will ask you to select the language used in your caption file. There are other languages if you click on show more. You can also click on custom if your language is not displayed.
If you choose Custom type in the name of your language desired and hit submit. You will then be prompted to click and choose the file from your computer. Once you've uploaded it you can see it in the Manage Captions section. We can add many caption files for one piece of Studio Media.
We have for our Caption Files. We can download, replace, or delete any caption file. The caption file must be in SRT or VTT file format. That should be the file extension.
By default the caption are turned off. To turn the captions on you will have to toggle them on. Click on the icon again to toggle the captions off.
