The File Formats That Studio Supports

These are the types of video file formats that Studio will support:

• flv – Flash Video
• asf – Windows Media
• qt – Apple QuickTime
• mov – Apple QuickTime
• mpg – Digital Video Format
• mpeg – Digital Video Format
• avi – Digital Video Format
• m4v – Digital Video Format
• wmv – Windows Media
• mp4 – Digital Video Format
• 3gp – Multimedia Mobile Format

Here are some things to consider if your video upload fails:

1. With Quicktime files make sure to save as one of the video file formats. Saving as a quicktime file will not work.
2. Your video or audio may contain something that is not supported
3. Your video file is corrupted or a format is not recognized, or it may not match any of the listed file formats

You can attempt to convert the files or you may have to repeat your recording
