Need Screen Reader mode in ctcLink?

Selecting the Enable Screen Reader Mode option at the ctcLink login page does not activate the screen reader throughout the different pillars in ctcLink (Campus Solutions, Financials, and Human Capital Management).  We are working with our ctcLink service providers to resolve the issue long-term.

Until there is a permanent fix in place, faculty, staff and students that use screen readers in ctcLink will need to adjust their individual preferences manually to enable the screen reader mode. Once they make the change, it will remain active until the user decides to turn the feature off.

Instructions are available at the Enable Screen Reader Mode web page.  Direct links to both resources are also available on the ctcLink Accessibility Page under ctcLink User Accessibility Resources:

At TCC, we empower students, faculty, and staff through equitable access to opportunities, knowledge, and resources.  By supporting IT accessibility, the college helps as broad a population as possible is able to access, benefit from, and contribute to its electronic programs and services.
