The TCC IT Department is here to help!  Here is some information about all the available ways to get help from the college’s IT department

Services on

Learn about IT service offerings, ask for help with a problem, or make IT-related requests with curated pages and forms. Click the "Browse Services" button on the right to see what has been created so far. Topics and forms are created and updated frequently, so be sure to visit often. We would love to hear from you if there are specific services you would like to see.

We are just a jingle away!  Contact the Faculty/Staff Help Desk Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5 p.m. at (253) 460-4357. Tip: Type the word HELP on the keypad of any campus phone. Please note we are closed on Fridays during the summer.
