How to link and copy MyLab course into Canvas shell Go to Canvas course page:

Click on “Settings.”  Click on “Navigation.” Click and drag “MyLab and Mastering” from the bottom of the page to the “course navigation” under “Home” and click on “Save.” Click on “MyLab and Mastering” on the Left Navigation bar.  

If this is the first time that you have linked a MyLab course into Canvas, read and accept the “user agreement.” Input your Pearson username and password. After inputting the Pearson username and password, go back to the Canvas course, click on “MyLab and Mastering” to refresh the page. Click on “Select a MyLab and Mastering product to use with this course.” Please note to “Allow pop-ups” during this process as you may see this on the top right corner of the Firefox or Chrome browser. Under “Copy Existing course,” enter the correct course id or choose “Select from My Existing Course List” to locate a previous course.  (Please ensure that the correct edition was selected) Follow prompts and enter the requested information about the course. Wait 5-10 minutes and go back to Canvas, refresh the page, and view the course by clicking on MyLab and Mastering. Input similar comment in dialogue box. Click on “Browse” locate the student registration instructions and input file. Check the box “Delay Posting” and choose a date for the announcement (3-7 days prior to the first day of class is suggested).

Individual Assignment: Locate the assignment, click on drop down box under “Actions.” Click on “edit.” Go to step #3, change the date, and click on “save & assign.” Multiple Assignments:  On the Assignment Manager page, click on “Change Dates & Assign Status. Check the box next to the identified assignment, change the date of the assignment.
