Only supervisors can make ctcLink security requests and the Statement of Confidentiality Form must be completed by the end user and sent to the Enrollment Services office before account can be created. The Statement of Confidentiality form can be found on the Portal>Forms & Publications>Campus Forms>Information Systems>Statement of Confidentiality.
