I activated my ctcLink Gateway account successfully and now the system won't let me in. What do I do?

If you have activated your ctcLink Gateway account successfully and the ctcLink system won't let you in, your account may need to be reset by the ctcLink Support Desk and the Student Help Desk will take care of this for you. Please contact the Student Help Desk in the Information Commons: Call 253-566-5176 or visit them in the Information Commons in Building 16 (first floor) Email a request to support@tacomacc.edu or Go to your MyTCC Portal to TCC Support to create a ticket.
