The following video describes how to sign in and use the Mitel Micollab software installed on staff-use, college-issued laptops and some desktop computers. This information applies to faculty and staff members who were assigned a unique/dedicated phone extension. This information does not apply to shared/reception/general use phones.
The video also demonstrates enabling the softphone feature for remote use.
