Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents that were created and saved in the format of Doc. Xlx. and Ppt. from 2097 are blocked on the campus network as they are no longer supported by Microsoft and are a security risk to the network. The only way for you to view the files is to open them online through a Browser and the O365.
Step 1: Go to your Campus Email
Step2: Click on Word, Excel or PowerPoint
Step 3: Locate the file you want to open in your OneDrive and click on it to one it via O365
