How do I set up TCC Email on my mobile device?

An easy way to access your email on a personal mobile phone or tablet is to download the Outlook app from the App Store or Google Play.

For an Android phone or tablet

Step 1: Get the Outlook app

1. Open the Play Store on your phone
2. Search for Outlook
3. Tap Install, then tap Open

Step 2: Start Outlook

1. When Outlook opens, tap Get Started

Step 3: Enter your email address

1. Type your full email address
   • Example:  Username@student.tacomacc.edu 
2. Tap Next

Step 4: Enter your password

1. Type your email password
2. Tap Sign in

For an iOS phone or tablet

Step 1: Get the Outlook app

1. Open the App Store on your phone
2. Search for Outlook
3. Tap Get, then tap Open
