Here are the steps and video on how students can join a Zoom meeting with their instructor:
- In the course itself the instructor will most likely have a link that looks like this: http://zoom.us/j/123456789
- Students will click on this link
- If Zoom is not already installed students will be given the option to run the installation of Zoom on their computer
- If this is the first time the student is using Zoom they will be asked to type their username
- They will also be able to preview their video if they choose to have their face show in the Zoom meeting
- At this point they are in the meeting and can either mute their microphone and/or disable their video
- Students can click on leave meeting to exit the meeting
