How do I check my enrollment date and time in ctcLink?

How to check your enrollment date and time:

First,  login in to ctcLink

On the home page, click on Student Homepage

  1. Select the Manage Classes tile.
    • The Manage Classes menu is displayed on the left. 
  2. Select the Enrollment Dates link on the left menu.
    • If the student is enrolled in more than one term or college, a college/term selector will appear. If not the Enrollment Dates page will display.
  3. Select the value for the Term/College to view enrollment dates (if applicable).
    • Select Continue.
    • The Enrollment Dates page is displayed.

 

*Note: If the student has an enrollment appointment, enrollment appointment dates will display. If the student does not have an enrollment appointment the Open Enrollment Dates will display.

Process complete.

To Change to a different college/term select the Change Term button (if applicable).

  • The Term/College selection page will display.

Select a new value for the Term/College to view enrollment dates (if applicable).

  • Select Continue.
  • The Enrollment Dates page is displayed
