How do I scan to OneDrive with PaperCut on Canon copier

 

  1. Select User name and password

 

Note:  You can also scan your prox card to login. 

 

If you have not registered your prox card, the first time you scan it, it will ask you to register it.  You can find directions on how to register your prox card here

 

 

  1. Select the empty box under Username
 

 

  1. Enter in your user name - do not add @tacomacc.edu after user name
  2. Select OK
 

 

  1. Select the empty box under Password
 

 

  1. Enter in your password
  2. Select OK
 

 

  1. Select Log in
 

 

  1. Select Scan
 

 

  1. Select OneDrive
 

 

  1. Select here to change Filename, if applicable
 

 

  1. Enter in new Filename, if applicable
  2. Select OK
 

 

  1. Select Start
 

 

  1. Select Finish
 

 

  1. Select the log out button
 

 

  1. Go to your email inbox and locate a email that is titled Scans for PaperCut MF
  2. Select the green Go to your scan button
 

 

  1. You will now see the scanned document
 

 

Alternatively

 

  1. Open your OneDrive folder
  2. Open the Apps folder
  3. Open the Scans for PaperCut MF folder
  4. Your scanned document will be listed here

Note:  If you haven't scanned to OneDrive or haven't scanned to OneDrive in awhile, it may ask you to register your account.  Follow the steps in the email to register your account.
