This is a how to guide describing how to scan a document to your student email account.
Please Note: There is a file size limitation so if the file has a lot of pages and or a lot of photos, the email may not go through. In this case you would need to scan to a flash drive.
- Select "OK"
- Select "Scan and Send"
- Select "New Destination"
- Select "Email"
- Enter in your email address making sure it includes @student.tacomacc.edu
- Select "OK"
- Select "OK"
- Select "Start"
- Select "OK"
- Select "Start Sending"
The file will now be emailed to your student account
