How do I get audio books?

• To get started with audiobooks, contact the following libraries and complete their process for obtaining audiobooks.
• We have no direct involvement in this aspect of the process.
• However, Access Services can provide advice if you run into difficulties with the following libraries:    
  • Washington Talking Book & Braille Library (audio)

  • National Library Service for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (NLS) (audio) 

If you have trouble finding an audiobook, you can come to Access Services in building 7 for guidance in locating audiobooks from the above libraries. If a book is simply not available from any of the libraries, we can help by contacting the publishers and/or advising you on ways to convert your print textbook to an audiobook.
