Which model of phone do I have?

Most phones on campus are the Mitel 6920w model. If you are not sure which model you have, the pictures below should help:

Mitel 6915

This model has six keys to the left of the screen, and the navigation ("arrow") button in the lower right corner of the screen is black. These are courtesy phones located in hallways and classrooms.

This model has six keys to the left of the screen, and the navigation ("arrow") button in the lower right corner of the screen is silver.

This model has six keys to the left of the screen, 6 more to the right of the screen, and the navigation ("arrow") button is silver.

This model is equipped with a touch screen, and therefore has no keys to the left or right of the screen or a navigation button. The handset is cordless.

This model is a conference table phone. There are no physical buttons at all--all functions are performed on the touch screen.
