Here at TCC, we have several sites that are here to help you navigate all of the various applications and resources available to staff and instructors.
The first site is the TCC Portal:
In the portal, you have a dashboard that you can customize with the tiles that you use the most. We created a guide that will walk you through creating your own list of favorites. It is called: How do I Add Favorites to the New TCC Portal My Apps?
At the top of the page, you will see a convenient Search Bar, so you can quickly find the app that you are looking for. You can also click on the group of squares in the upper left for quick access to the Microsoft applications.
The second site is The Hub:
The Hub is the central point for all of TCC resources, News, and upcoming events.
At the top of the page, you will see several drop-downs.
- The first one is "Team Files". If your department has a SharePoint site, you will find files listed here for your department only.
- The second link is Departments. This is a list of all of the departments that have their own SharePoint that is open to the entire campus.
- The third one is the Councils/Committees listing. This is where you can find information on all the committees TCC offers.
- The last link is TCC Tools. This is a list of common tools and academic tools that TCC employees use.
The last major site that we have here at TCC is the ctcLink Portal.
ctcLink is where you can find information on your courses, the list of students, edit your personal information, submit time, and Financial information. SBCTC will post a message anytime the portal is unavailable for maintenance; there is a link to all of their help guides in the Training site, and there is a link for resetting your authentication methods or resetting your password.
