1. Navigate to ctcLink myaccount Sign In page,
2. On ctcLink Gateway portal, Select Okta portal from Manage Okta Account Settings section
3. Enter your user name and Password
4. Select the Password Settings application icon.
5. Under Security methods, Select Password reset
7. You will be prompted to create a new password.
8. Select save and sign out.
